User Merge

The Merge action on the Users page lets you select a target user and merge the current user into that target.

Considerations

  • Useful when a user is inadvertently imported while adopting a new device (instead of mapping them to an existing user).
  • The active user you merge becomes inactive; any device‑alias matches are updated to connect with the target user.
