Devices are counted at the end of each billing cycle. Remove a device before that date and it won't be billed.

What counts as a device?
Any server or workstation with an active MicroTunnel runner installed during your billing period.
When does billing start?
Creating your account sets your billing date. Your first month is free. On the second billing cycle, you'll be charged for active organizations plus any devices beyond the included 15 per organization.
What if I add an organization partway through the month?
Once billing is active, pricing for new organizations is prorated from their creation date.
Are there contracts?
Nope. Month-to-month. Cancel anytime.

Do you charge for admins or users?
Never. Pricing is per organization and additional endpoints only.
This keeps co-managed IT simple—your team size won't affect your bill.
What if I deploy both Server and Workstation runners on one machine?
Each active runner counts as one device. Two runners = two devices billed.
